The location of our " Mykonos Villa " is the district of Agios Lazarus in the island of Mykonos. Agios Lazarus is a hill on the south part of Mykonos island, between the beaches of Psarou and Ornos and about 5 minutes from the Mykonos town.
The Mykonos villa is build in the middle of a 4000m2 land covering 600m2 of living space. It is designed by ISV architects, one of the most renowned firms in Greece, at the owner?s living expectations. The property it is regarded one of the finest qualities, in terms of contraction techniques and materials used, in Mykonos island.
The villa being located at the highest point of Agios Lazarus, provides a breathtaking view of the Cyclades Islands such as Naxos, Paros, Siros, Tinos and the ancient island of Delos. On clear days one can see the islands of Serifos, Sifnos and Ios.
The land is fenced by a 250 year old stone wall, restored by experts to preserve the beauty of the antiquity. The entrance is from the north side through a wooden remote control operated sliding door. Three independent guest houses are located to the left side of the main house of the Villa Mykonos. Two of the quest houses have a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and private veranda. The other guest house is a single bedroom and bathroom place with private veranda.
A very large swimming pool is attached to the Villa-house and visible from all living quarters. A separate outdoor large Jacuzzi is located higher to the swimming pool with an overspill water fall to the pool.
Finally, electrical BBQ, pergolas and a separate pool house with a private bathroom supplement the main structure. The Mykonos Villa property has never be sold before and is for sale from the original owner.
